Cayuga Lake Seido Karate-Lansing

Seido Karate instruction in Lansing is offered through the Lansing Parks and Recreation Department.  Registration for classes is ongoing.

Location: Lansing Elementary School Gymnasium

Days:  Mondays and Thursdays

Times:  6:00 - 6:45 Parents and children ages 6-8 (beginner and continuing)
            6:45 - 7:45 Basics for children ages 9 - 15 and adults 16 and older (beginners and continuing)
            7:45 - 8:30 Kata/Kumite/Meditation (alternating classes) for adults 16 and older (continuing students)

Pre-orders are being taken for a Cayuga Lake Seido Karate T-Shirt. The shirt will be royal blue with white lettering. Check back on this page to see the design. Shirts are $15 for children sizes and $20 for adult sizes (add $1.50 for XXL)

December 6, 2008 6:00-9:00 pm Cayuga Lake Seido Karate Annual Holiday Party at the Community Center. This event will be a dish to pass community celebration. There will be a donation basket for a local organization and raffles for prizes. Please join us.

Cayuga Lake Seido Karate-Trumansburg
Seido Karate classes are offered each semester through the Trumansburg High School Physical Education Department. Classes are free to all high school students who register with their guidance counselor.
